It is good to see a REBOUND with the latest Spring 2022 test results. This year will be the first year not fully affected with any Covid school closures, so this REBOUND should be expected to continue.

Pandemic slide

In an effort to sell it's rhetoric, Idaho Freedom uses Idaho State Department of Education data that does not show current test scores, just a graph SDE has showing the decline due to the pandemic.

If you look at other standardized tests, guess what? They saw the same slides in performance that Idaho did. Math a big drop and reading just a slight drop.

MAP Tests from NWEA (same as used by Idaho Catholic Schools) had the same drop in performance.

Education Rebound

Idaho Freedom Index scores have declined and lawmakers continue to expand government.

Overall, Idaho Freedom Index performance declined from what it was in 2016. In 2022, the average Index score was 55. This has been a 30% drop since 2016.

This index is showing that #idpol is done with the conflict entrepreneurs and has failed to REBOUND.
