New Debian/Ubuntu repositories for archs arm64 and armhf have been added, stable and development builds are now automatically added:

- Debian Bookworm (stable): arm64 and armhf
- Debian Bullseye (oldstable): arm64 and armhf
- Ubuntu Noble (24.04): arm64

The Raspbian repositories are now marked as inactive.
They are replaced by Debian Bookworm and Bullseye repositories.
