I have to admit:
Having dipped my toes (or maybe my whole body by now .' ) into the 3rd wave of coffee and the beginnings of the 4th wave actually has some downsides:

• The limited amount of coffee a person is able to safely consume
• The limits on my bank account.

Okay, okay, all joking aside...
There are almost unlimited possibilities to explore with coffee.
So many brew methods to explore.
So many coffees to experience.
And both in different combinations.

It really is a vast field and I have to admit, I really was not aware of that, when I started my journey with a crappy Delonghi Dedica and a really bad Graef grinder.

And I don't regret it one bit!
