📣HomeRise has been a strong advocate and champion for the “Be The Jury” pilot program which started here in San Francisco by our very own Public Defender's Office and The Financial Justice Project. This bill aims to create an equity-based incentive to pay jurors for their time, providing historically marginalized community members an opportunity to participate in jury duty.
