Following up, I notice #AS400495 has recently been deleted and both 23.133.104.0/24 and 63.141.38.0/24 have been deallocated by ARIN.

diamondcdn​.com still exists, but resolves to 23.133.104.69, which is unassigned and thus the domain is unreachable.
