Researchwise, today I learned that around 1900, Czechs made parallels between their life under Habsburg and slavery. The good thing was some people understood that we're all equal, at least.

More references wanted: #SentimentAnalysis studies that use models or "lexica" trained on or created by using a different text register than the study's own, e.g. based on tweets but used for century-old letters. Do you know any?
