Kakao Corp. has revalued its Daum subsidiary AXZ at 194.4 billion won ($164 million), sharply up from the initial 7 billion won assessment, as it proceeds with the sale to Upstage following a net asset reassessment that incorporated traffic and membership data not included in the original May 2025 spin-off valuation.
