I do remember hearing about scams/horror stories in the foster care system. We had a few HS age ones for a couple months at a time when I was a pre teen. #actionmatinee
Each deposit coincides with sending someone back to prison. People get comfortable and lazy and stop covering their tracks and that's when they get nailed. #actionmatinee

Prisons and correctional facilities in America are a $50 billion a year business and there are fewer Americans incarcerated today than any time in the last 50 years. This "ICE" policy is seen by some as a solution to fill up those facilities It seems cynical, but I can see it. #actionmatinee
