Swear to god that Aetna is using AI to deny claims as much as they are using it to settle claims. They keep denying my wife's MRI on her back that was requested by multiple Dr's. Even when she has done the physical therapy as requested by Aetna. This has been going on over two months now.

There has to be a way to find out if a human is declining the procedure or if it's AI.

Really tired of the medical offices and insurance office in this state. Wife has been fighting to get an MRI done, yet one office states they did this and that, another office says no they didn't, insurance office states they have no proof of this and that even though they're the ones who paid for it.

Wife can barely get around and is mostly bed ridden due to her issue. there is no quality of life at all. I do the best I can but now it's getting on my fucking nerves because I am not able to ease her pains. We were able to go out for Christmas, first time and only time in about 8 years. She paid for it the following week.

The medical community in TN sucks. Plain and simple.
