Today at #TheDrumAndPage has been a quiet day of chores and faffing about with a pencil.
I cannot innovate, I can only imitate, but it's the first step in learning. I look at someone's drawing and try to initiate it to learn how it's done. Or I take a reference photo and explore how I might draw it in my own way, which is what I've done with these three.
They are all flawed but unique in their own way, and I don't mind showing my learning progress.
