A memory of #Pula for #FootpathFriday.

Pula #Arena is one of the largest and best preserved #Roman arenas. It was built between 27 BC and 68 AD and could accommodate approx. 25,000 spectators. It is still used today for concerts and other events.

A wide, sunlit view of the Pula Arena in Croatia, framed by green parkland and a clear blue sky. The ancient Roman amphitheatre's weathered stone facade stands prominently in the mid-ground, partially obscured by mature trees. A winding stone pathway leads through a well-maintained lawn dotted with trimmed bushes and flowerbeds towards the arena. To the left, a colourful building with yellow and white walls and a red roof is visible amongst the trees. Parked cars line the right edge of the frame.
