Ann Reardon's interesting video series continues to fascinate me. She's a fantastic baker - highly recommend her cookbook Crazy Sweet Creations if you love making desserts - and food scientist whose videos range from debunking channels like 5 Minute Crafts, discussing poisonous foods, cooking historical recipes, testing kitchenware, and pretty much anything cooking related.
