Streetart. A funny mural with a cartoon-style stick figure was sprayed/painted on a gray street wall. He has a protruding lower jaw, one large and one small eye, circles for hands and wears a blue uniform with shorts, a police cap and handcuffs on his belt. He is excitedly holding up a sign that reads: "Graffiti is not a crime". In the photo, two real police officers in blue uniforms stand in front of the wall and inspect the artwork. (The mural was commissioned for a street art festival and is therefore "legal")
Info: The anonymous artist "TocToc" is a French freelance illustrator and video artist. He exhibits his work in galleries around the world. In 2012, he created the simple figures DUDUSS when he was an art student and still sprays it on the walls of cities today.
