So good to see! I was on the assessment team from 2012-2020 (through Bronze and Silver) and since then EDI initiatives have branched out into other areas where we're underrepresented.

Hey, #MusicTech types, do you feel like #AthenaSwan has helped you or your career? Wasted your time? Had no impact whatsoever? I'm specifically looking for replies from gender minorities and women, but if blokes want to chime in, just be sure to mention you're a bloke.

Does anyone have any articles or papers on #AthenaSwan charter critiquing how it impacts disabled or Intersectionality disabled staff?

I have some around racism from Professor Bhopal but I couldn't find any for disability.
