At the end of @BSidesToronto they needed volunteers to give five minute lighting talks.

Volunteering to give a five minute off the cuff speech in front of a university auditorium audience is stuff usually reserved for my nightmares, but I was inspired to sign up. I did a pretty good job I think! I learned a lot and I'll definitely try it again.

That's not what this video is though.

This video is the first #BSidesToronto lighting talk speaker, Katie Knowles. This talk inspired me to sign up to give my own lighting round talk, and If you are new to #cybersecurity I hope it will inspire you as well.
