Off Target by Eve Smith - what a fabulous book! The exploration of genetic engineering and possible problems raises a lot of “What would you do?” questions!
If it’s okay to switch genes to make your baby healthier, what about smarter? Better looking? Prevent mental health issues? Where do you cross the line? It’s certainly an interesting and probably quite divisive topic.
Never had a bad book from @OrendaBooks and can’t wait to read more!

A missing child on holiday.. a mother who was drunk at the bar.. sign me up! Breaking by Amanda Cassidy is the kind of thriller I love to read!
I was absolutely hooked on this book and many a time I thought I’d figured it out - I was wrong 🫣
I was so intrigued by the character of the mother, Mirren. And I loved Rolle.
A brilliant debut that I’d highly recommend!
Up next I’ve went for a new book that I was really looking forward to! No one warned me it was a floppy book though 😂
