From December 9–13, 2024, Miguel Cisneiros participated in the 3rd BioHackathon Germany, held in Kassel—a vibrant gathering of bioinformatics and life sciences experts collaborating on groundbreaking projects.
Miguel contributed to the "Building on top of OntoGPT" project.
The BioHackathon, organized by de.NBI and ELIXIR Germany, hosted nine cutting-edge projects across areas like training, BioImaging, plant bioinformatics, and Trusted Research Environments

🌟 Gil Poiares-Oliveira attended the DATAREX Research Data Management (RDM) Face-to-Face Meeting in Luxembourg, 5-6 December🌟
🔍 DATAREX is an ELIXIR project that aims to establish a European life sciences RDM experts community.
The project’s efforts will empower and strengthen ELIXIR’s RDM ecosystem, and improve research data management practices across the scientific community.
📢 On 22–23 November, the Instituto Politécnico de Viseu hosted the 11th Fórum GDI, bringing together professionals and researchers committed to advancing research data management.
