Also da gibts im innenstädtischen Bereich rund um den #Neumarkt / #Ypso große #Leerstand-Flächen: Alte Kaufhäuser und ein großes Parkhausgelände (nahe den #Universität-Standorten in der Innenstadt).
Gerüchteweise hat ein Kaufhauskonzern ein zentrales Grundstück gekauft, um Konkurrenz am Bau zu hindern. Klingt aus der Perspektive "vernünftig".
Aber warum wurde z.B. auf dem jahrelang leerstehenden #Parkhaus noch kein #Wohnheim für #Studierende gebaut? Gibt es aktuelle Pläne für das Gelände? Ich hoffe jenseits von #Büros, #Konsumtempel und dem neuesten #Abzocke-Trend #Boardinghouse aka möblierte Appartements die #Mietpreisbremse unterlaufen?
