L' Inps ostacola l’assunzione di parenti entro il terzo grado. Di fatto, il Caaf m' informa che diverse domande d' assunzione sono state respinte. Nello specifico, la mia domanda di assunzione di un cognato per servizi di custodia, sorveglianza e lavori domestici in una mia residenza secondaria è tenuta in sospeso dall' Inps in attesa di verifiche. Mi chiedo: posso certificare i compensi in modo che il dipendente possa portarli in dichiarazione pagando le dovute imposte?
