#CaddoLake hat nur das Format einer schnell wieder vergessenen Streaming-Produktion nach Vorbild vieler vergangener, deutlich besserer #Filme und Serien wie #Lost , #Dark und #TheButterflyEffect. Außerhalb von Deutschland erscheint dieser gefühlte Pilotfilm, auf den aber keine Serie folgen wird, übrigens direkt als Online-Stream bei #MAX , also keinesfalls im Kino.

I just watched Caddo Lake and really enjoyed it.
Obviously I love films featuring weird topological anomalies, especially of the temporal kind.
The Shyamalan production for MAX offers a unique landscape, great actors - especially Eliza Scanlen - and a twisted family-drama time-loop storyline that reminded me a bit of the 'Dark' series on Netflix. There was potential for more depth but the Zoomer take on Southern Gothic was worth a watch.

I really enjoyed #caddolake 2024. I went into it blind and wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by all of the twists and turns! Definitely worth the watch! #horror

No me ha gustado mucho, y no es porque sea mala, sino porque esperan que el espectador rellene con su imaginación todas las imprecisiones del guion.
Hay sucesos que no están explicados para guardar el misterio. Pero no se trata de ocultar datos para preservar el interés, que es lo normal en una cinta de suspense, lo que digo es que hacen trampa, y además torpemente.
Mi valoración es que no está mal y gustará a quien no le importen las incongruencias y las lagunas en la historia.
