#CasioTM100

Having a look around online for images of old calculators of course lead to photos of Casio calculator watches, and that triggered this vague memory I had of seeing a Casio watch while on holiday in Tenerife which could transmit to FM radio. I suspect that would be technically illegal here as you'd need a licence to transmit in the UK (a pirate radio station on your wrist!).

I always wondered if it was one of those things where I 'misremembered' something (it would've been a very long time ago), but a quick search brought this up, so it must've been this watch that I saw. It's nice to know I'm not going crazy. Well, maybe I still am, but this bad boy definitely existed!

A photo of a Casio TM-100 FM Voice Transmitter Watch.

It's all black, plastic and rectangular. The face of the watch is roughly split into two; the bottom half has a fairly common looking LCD display, with 'CASIO' and 'ALARM CHRONO' above it, and 'FM-VOICE TRANSMITTER' below it. The top half has six horizontal grooves and what looks like a couple of small holes in one of them for what I'd assume is the microphone. There is a wide rounded button which is the on-off button for the transmitter. To the left of the grooves is 'TM 100' and 'POWER ON OFF'. Down the left of the watch is a vertical section which houses a telescopic aerial. The strap is a plain black plastic strap.
