Interesting to see the looming threat of the Kessler Effect mentioned here.

Why do we allow people like Leon Musk to threaten the common good for private profit (with his Starlink constellation)?

Musk is the most egregious example of course but there are others. Just because they have the money doesn't give them the right.

Have we learnt nothing from the enclosure of the commons 300 years ago?
