I want to submit a change request to the Mastodon dev team. How do I do that?

I want a User Preference that allows me to set the default on videos to play once and NOT loop.

(I know I can set it per video, that's not good enough.)

A UI #ChangeRequest please: One of the things I like about the official Mastodon app is that it positions the poster's profile picture above the post, allowing the posts take up the full mobile screen width. #Tusky however positions the profile picture to the left of the post, thereby leaving everything directly under it blank and wasting a lot of space. It would be great if this could be changed. Thank you.
