Well, tonight it's going to be another 1930s intellectual property I know little about (apart from that it stars Lionel Atwill and Charlie Ruggles, has a borderline "semi-horror" feel, and clocks in at a brisk 61 minutes). Pretty much everyone in BRINGING UP BABY is top shelf #comedy #characteractor quality, especially #BOTD #CharlieRuggles. He's great in anything & so far I've enjoyed TROUBLE IN PARADISE, MELODY CRUISE, RUGGLES OF RED GAP, IT HAPPENED ON 5TH AVE, NO TIME FOR COMEDY.

The first time I saw "Bringing Up Baby", the supporting cast wowed me as much as the leads. Besides #CharlieRuggles #MayRobson #BarryFitzgerald, it was #BOTD #WalterCatlett who made me think, "who is this guy?" It turns out, he had a long #vaudeville and stage history.
