... wow. Was für ein Scheißfilm! Eine ansich gute Idee, interessante Geschichte leider grottenschlecht erzählt und noch schlechter umgesetzt. Höhepunkt der Absurditäten: der Einmarsch in das Weiße Haus. in den insgesamt 110 Minuten verdreht man an so vielen Punkten ge- und entnervt die Augen, dass am Schluss nur (1/10) Punkte übrig bleiben: totaler Flop. Und nicht mal die Musik war gut.

I just finished watching the movie Civil War.

As a non-US person I don't think I had quite the same experience as an US person would have, but overall I found it a very interesting and well made movie.

It was kind of what I expected, but it didn't pull many punches which I didn't expect.

Saw Civil War, its well made, well acted, but little bit meh for no clear reason, I appreciate ambiguity and I dont mind having to do the work as the audience but I just feel like there could have been more to give me to chew on, my bf said it was just a roadtrip movie with an unusual backdrop and I felt it like it was zombie film but without the interesting aspect of zombies. Also feel like it was a waste of Offermans talents. I feel its worth seeing but lacking something .

#civilwarmovie was so intense and incredibly sad. I really enjoyed it, but it breaks my heart to think it's a possible glimpse into 2025.

Excellent acting, well done effects, and great screenwriting, but the subject matter makes my heart ache.

As the movie follows a group of reporters and photographers, there are many snapshot moments frozen in time. I don't know why these were more affecting than most live action scenes, but they were. There is something about the medium of photography that grabs you.

Went to see Civil War this evening. Very effective and affecting. Not so much an action movie, as a whistle-stop tour of the horrors of civil war. I would hope that it would be a sobering message to those Americans espousing such rhetoric.

Just saw Civil War movie and found it haunting.
Too close to reality, both what January 6th could have evolved into if not stopped, and a cautionary tale of the type of landscape that could develop at an extreme the way some are advocating for and stoking violence across political views.
