The #arthritis pains in my finger joints are really bad again tonight.
It's definitely associated with going to our allotment - I thought the cause was using seceteurs but no, I didn't chop anything today.
It seems to be just plain getting cold hands (and yes, I do wear gloves as much as practicable).
I've had a couple of #cocodamol tablets, so it's going to be a weird dream sort of night!
