What's the engagement your partners/allies are experiencing on Twitter? How often are they on Twitter? (our scan of our partners showed light engagement)
How are you measuring 'success' - who's engaging with your content? how many of your followers are actively on there? And on there for *YOU*?
Do the govt folks you follow follow you back? Are they engaging with you? No? Then you're invisible to them. #SorryNotSorry
Do reporters know *you're* on Twitter? No? Sigh.
And how long will digital tools use Twitter as it devolves? Then what will you do?
