For yrs, I've crossed all my "t's" & dotted all my "i's" w/making Very lengthy, detailed & unrealistic #DailyGoals ~ I felt overwhelmed even before taking Step 1, hardly working on Most of it!
🔐 The true key to #SUCCESS Here (@ least for Me) is:
▪make shorter lists, 3-4 goals/day
▪prioritize tasks
▪work on what's most important👉First
▪think #positivethoughts 🤔 "I CAN do This!"
▪take breaks
▪✔things off as they're completed
▪dont sweat it if minor stuff's left undone⬇️
