Colpo di scena durante una causa giudiziaria che ha visto al centro la società spagnola che ha prodotto il musical teatrale “Ballo ballo”. È emerso infatti dal carteggio, come riporta il Corriere della Sera Roma, che non solo Raffaella Carrà, morta nel 2021, aveva un figlio adottivo segreto, ma che è anche l’unico erede legittimo del patrimonio dell’artista tra diritti d’immagine e d’autore. Il nome emerso è quello dell’ex collaboratore Gian Luca Pelloni Bulzoni, nato nel 1964, che oggi dirige la Arcoiris edizioni musicali.
Il nome è emerso perché proprio Bulzoni aveva chiesto alla società produttrice del musical contestato “l’inibitoria alla realizzazione, distribuzione, pubblicizzazione e rappresentazione, in qualsiasi forma e tramite qualunque mezzo, per l’assenza del suo consenso”. Il tutto è partito da una denuncia poi fatta arrivar al Tribunale di Roma da Bulzoni che in quanto erede è “il titolare dei diritti sull’immagine, sulla voce e sul nome, reale e d’arte, nonché dei dati, delle informazioni sulla sua vita personale e professionale perché altresì titolare del diritto morale e dei diritti di utilizzazione delle opere dell’ingegno dell’artista”.
Il giudice Laura Centofanti non ha concesso l’inibitoria richiesta perché “ad oggi le 36 rappresentazioni teatrali del musical Ballo ballo, successive al film del 2020, si sono già svolte e non ne sono previste altre. Per eventuali risarcimenti l’erede della Carrà dovrà quindi casomai proseguire l’azione legale nel processo di merito”.
Tra le contestazioni presente nel provvedimento giudiziario che è stato pubblicato nei giorni scorsi, si evince che c’è stata una promozione legata “alla vendita del biglietto per il teatro con un omaggio per l’acquirente costituito da patatine e Coca Cola, circostanza quest’ultima che avrebbe gravemente offeso la memoria di sua madre“.
Raffaella Carrà aveva anche due nipoti, Matteo e Federica Pelloni, figli del fratello di Raffaella, Vincenzo, morto a 56 anni nel 2001.

A dramatic turn of events occurred during a legal case centered around the Spanish company that produced the theatrical musical “Dancing Queen.” The correspondence revealed, as reported by Corriere della Sera Roma, that not only Raffaella Carrà, who died in 2021, had a secret adopted son, but that he is also the sole legitimate heir to the artist’s estate, including image and copyright rights. The name that emerged is that of former collaborator Gian Luca Pelloni Bulzoni, born in 1964, who today directs Arcoiris musical editions.
The name emerged because Bulzoni himself had requested the producing company of the controversial musical “an injunction against the realization, distribution, advertising and representation, in any form and through any means,” due to the absence of Carrà’s consent. The entire issue began with a complaint filed by Bulzoni, who, as heir, is “the holder of the rights to the image, voice and name, real and artistic, as well as the data, information on his personal and professional life because he is also the holder of moral rights and the rights of use of the artist’s works of genius.”
Judge Laura Centofanti denied the injunction requested because “to date, the 36 theatrical performances of the “Dancing Queen” musical, following the 2020 film, have already taken place and none are planned. For any compensation, the Carrà heir will therefore have to continue the legal action in the higher court.”
Among the allegations in the judicial order published in recent days, it appears that there was a promotion linked “to the sale of tickets to the theater with a gift for the buyer consisting of chips and Coca-Cola, a circumstance that would have seriously offended the memory of his mother.”
Raffaella Carrà also had two nephews, Matteo and Federica Pelloni, the children of Raffaella’s brother, Vincenzo, who died at the age of 56 in 2001.
