Dec 2025 bug bounty update
We are currently at 17 release blockers for FreeCAD 1.1, so the FPA members have raised the price per fixed release blocker from $50 to $100.
Meanwhile, two more people have collected bugfix rewards:

The main development branch of FreeCAD entered the hard feature freeze on Monday, so we are now pretty much in bugfix mode until the release of v1.1. There is no schedule for the release other than “we do it when we hit zero release blockers”.

What’s new in FEM for FreeCAD 1.1?
Now that the feature freeze for FreeCAD 1.1 is on, and we are not too far off from the final release, let’s summarize the main changes in the FEM workbench.
