2007 P&S flagship is about partnerships: (50/50 Touriga Nacional & Franca), plus Prats (Cos d'Estournel) & Symington (Dow's, Graham's etc).Nearing age 20, it's in pretty nice shape,with touches of blue fruits on the nose.Perhaps it has thinned a bit, but it has ripe fruit and a friendly demeanor, despite some pop on the finish.It's pulled in much of an exotic nuance (suspect the Touriga Nacional acting up in a warm year), and seems balanced and polished.

As bottled (in 2015, with a long cork), this is a 20-year Tawny, a gentle Colheita laced with melted dark caramel. Loved the long, sweet finish. Add smooth texture and good concentration for the aging time, and it's pretty fine. Noval has a way with these. 

21.5% alc. on the label, but handled well. 100 g/l of residual sugar.
