Esta iniciativa da comissão, #EUinc, é capaz de ser uma das coisas que o setor digital europeu estava mesmo a precisar. A verdade é que no digital muitas vezes há alternativas nacionais excelentes, mas incapazes de saltar fronteiras por causa de todos os obstáculos ainda existentes no mercado comum. Esperemos que isto mude isso de vez.

PS: Basicamente um registo europeu de empresas, uma EU inc pode operar em toda a UE imediatamente.

Weird to see "launches" in present tense in the article title while it contains "will", "soon", "could" and alike, but I, as someone deep into trying to launch a business with cross-continent ties, welcome this initiative!

And another turn for the #28thregime: Startup commissioner Ekaterina Zaharieva yesterday publicly backed realising an EU-wide company entity through a regulation. She also echoed startup activist-led calls for an #EUInc, saying “the Inc is a must” and that it will be part of the proposal.
