The nearly 100% successfully fulfilled plan of a football booster family to BOOST | GROOM | ENSNARE a young Black “buck” with #NFL football potential and pass off their version of the narrative as virtuous in THE BLIND SIDE (with thankfully at least one other Black character calling out what it really was).

Some person sharing the “feel good story” of screech owls and Texas blind snakes, where the snakes are non-consensually turned into owlet nannies until there is no more need of a snake nanny, who then has a hard time avoiding being an owl snack. Not incidentally featured in the Snack Cider film about #EdgelordOwls acting like #DickBirbs and being #DumbAsRocks in other ways

Does the #ZackSnyder movie about #EdgelordOwls also have a scene where an old, wisened critter with a walking staff talks about becoming an All Slut Slut Phoenix Echidna Slut? Because that would be awesome and I might actually watch it for that alone.

In my quest to find GENUINE criticism of this movie in video essay form continues. Hubby did find a video by Nostalgia Critic that I don't think was the one I watched. We both find him insufferable, and this isn't the video criticism I had already seen, because that was a quite good video essay by a quite good video essayist.

If you have a URL to a video that is critical of "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole" please post. These videos are suspiciously absent when doing Google or YouTube searches; only the gamut of faint praise to ebullient praise seems to be discoverable now.

It's impossible that a director as HUGE as #ZackSnyder directing a largely forgotten CG #animated #movie about #EdgelordOwls has avoided any and all criticism of his #DickBirb tale: "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole".

At least 1 person created at least 1 #VideoEssay systematically tearing this movie apart AND this video received lots of positive reactions and social media spread. It's impossible that this didn't happen. AND YET…

…according to #Google's lying results, there is nothing but ebulient praise and fans fawning over Zach Snyder entirely juvenille, locked in teenage boy morality, fascist grooming yarn about #Owls and #Owlets, aka #DickBirds that are dumb as rocks.

My request today is the same as yesterday. Please reply with the URL of ANY video on #YouTube or #Vimeo criticising — ideally lambasting — The Legend of Ga'Hoole's cinematic adaption.

In this increasingly #enshittified timeline the first hit is, of course, a review praising the movie. Unsurprising since Google has been selling top spot to the highest bidder and lying to us about it for several years now, or longer I imagine. Probably when they first moved "Don't Be Evil" to someplace less prominent (thus first signalling they had been corrupted).

Cracking this nut exceeds my #PromptEngineering skills. AND I happen to know I wrote about the video I'm looking for and posted it on Twitter a while ago. I can find it there faster I think. Shining a light on this anomoly anyway.

I'll happily receive links to ANY video critical of "Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole" hosted on YouTube just to be shown that they still exist.

My husband just told me how Tina Fey and Matt Damon took the piss out of LEGEND OF THE GUARDIANS: THE OWLS OF GA'HOOLE on the show 30 Rock. The episode is called "Double Edged Sword" (you'll need to watch the full episode, the clips leave off the comedy gold).

Matt Damon as Carol — an adult airline pilot — goes all reverant weepy teenager over the edgelord owls because Carol couldn't handle a woman disagreeing with him. The escalation during the waiting on the tarmac scenes is comedy gold.
