Fun fact: #EuroRust23 was one of the very very very few conferences where I saw each and every talk.
I ran the Q&A sessions afterwards, so I better know what the speaker said on stage to have some questions.

Usually at conferences I organise a talk running means I can take a break (or fix all the other stuff in the background).
