📢 The paper “Threshold Raccoon: Practical Threshold Signatures from Standard Lattice Assumptions” has been accepted at #Eurocrypt 2024
🦝 It shows how to make the #postquantum masking-friendly Raccoon signature scheme, submitted to the #NIST additional call for signatures into a threshold-signature, which alleviates the single-point of failure in the secret key of digital signatures.

I was happy to hear that several #Eurocrypt attendees took long-distance train rides to reach Zagreb, e.g. from Paris and Amsterdam. I used to do that before the pandemic: Paris to Porto, Paris to Stockholm.
For my #Eurocrypt flights between Paris and Zagreb, I had an FFP2 mask on during ~6h from door-to-door, so I actually could have done the train ride, too. Next time!

Remember that they say smells and memories are tightly linked? Well, today I realised that the smell my brain decided to link to #Eurocrypt is the one of my FFP2 masks🤦♂️. Positive side: put on a fresh mask and I am instantly back in Croatia!
