I had a fantastic time hosting Robot Talk live at the Great Exhibition Road Festival today! We talked about humanoid - the history and future of the field, what useful roles they can play & how we can ensure they’re safe and ethical. The episode will be out later this month.

Today I'm at the Great Exhibition Road Festival to record a live episode of the podcast!

I'll be chatting to Petar Kormushev, Maryam Banitalebi Dehkordi, and Ben Russell about why we're building humanoid and what roles they could play in our future societies.

Managed to get the family along to the "Great Exhibition Road Festival" #ExRdFest greatexhibitionroadfestival.co It's a big science & technology extravaganza for kids put on by my old uni. Pretty fun, but overcrowded actually. We didn't get to see the VR and robots stuff because the queues were too long! We'll have to try to get there earlier next year.
