Typical Monday: begin with easy task, seemingly complete task, realize there is another parameter I forgot, spend several hours trying to fulfill additional parameter, fail, fail again, take a walk, devise new method for completing original task, punt to tomorrow, and then work on something else with t-minus one hour before the work day ends.

There’s an implicit coda to that aphorism that no one ever mentions.
An armed society is a polite society — or it ceases to be a society at all.
You know that overhyped, awful coverage of the UK launch we complained about in our last episode....
So many people these days never learn the skill of failure. They have people/money in their life that 'fixes' stuff for them.
Failing allows us to learn, to cope, to grow as people, learn coping skills, problem solving and how to survive under pressure and stress. It is not the end of the world.
Look around you, & note of how many people simply lack those basic skills.
For you gamers out there Failure is XP grinding to level up.
