Can't resist to get a huge credit to #Chewy. This company has truly exceeded expectations when it comes to relations with customers. Effing #FedeX "delivered" $300 worth of goods somewhere claiming that it was my home. Reached out to #Chewy customer support, new order was created for price of $0 and order was delivered next day by #FedX. What the hell is so difficult to do a delivery ? Apparently #FedX employs people who clearly can't read street names and house numbers.

How do you contact this company ? Email not monitored, calls not responded by humans and my goods worth of $350 are lost and my dogs will be hungry for a while. #WTF #FedX ??

Despite improved profits, #fedx is sad to have to layoff people.
