I just got started on the 5 calls app. It gives me the issues being voted on, the reps and/or senators voting, and a script for what to say. 5 Calls a Day will tell Dem pols you have their back, and GOP pols that they will be held accountable. Call after hours if you hate talking on the phone. But do it.
