In #Fredricton, this cafe's "sales were down during the HST holiday," but the owner says "I'm sure it helped, though". Huh? That's not fact, that's faith-based analysis. Is that how we set economic policy now? If so we're in trouble.

I guess I'm not the target market, but we drove into #Fredricton from our community outside the city (20-25 minutes, no traffic) for an eye exam. Since my wife is running errands I thought I would take #PublicTransit to get to #DowntownFredericton for coffee and a place to work. Unfortunately, the bus was just passing and the next one isn't for...one hour.

Not living in the city anymore I can't say much about the overall health of its public transit, but this give a great impression!
