Y'know, I was no fan of Rite-Aid, they were _okay_ on a good day, but holy shit, CVS.
Honestly if they're going to run a pharmacy this incompetently, I'm glad they shuttered Bartell Drugs when they took over. No need to trainwreck the reputation of a once-nice local drug store by wearing its skin as camouflage.
Today I tried to call the local CVS where my Rite-Aid prescriptions had been transferred to make sure all my prescriptions were stopped, and once again, it was so frustrating, broken, and frankly infuriating that I just gave up. As with LITERALLY EVERYTHING, I'm going to have to go in in person and as broken their processes are even in-store, and as long as it's likely to take, I'll be the only way it _might_ work.
