Heh. So, I had an interesting AI interaction today. I was disputing some charges with an AI bot that kept giving me the same answers. So, I kept asking it variations of the same question, and maybe slipped in a comment about "class action lawsuit". Well, that got me to a human agent pretty quickly, and the dispute was resolved to my satisfaction. YES!!!
