Scotland’s Games Ecosystem Cross Party Group – April 22

The next meeting of Scotland’s Games Ecosystem Cross Party Group at the Scottish Parliament takes place on April 22nd 2025, from 18:00-20:00.

The meeting will be the CPG’s Annual General Meeting and is open to everyone working in, around or interested in games across Scotland. The AGM will set the agenda, goals and priorities for the group for 2025 and beyond. CPG can support the sector directly.

The AGM is a hybrid event, with both in-person and online tickets available. You can register here. This meeting takes place in the Clerk-Maxwell Room (T1.60-CR4 ) at the Scottish Parliament.

The CPG offers an opportunity for the games sector to directly address policymakers and ensure games have visibility within the political landscape. It enables stakeholders to convene and the issues and opportunities within the games ecosystem to be addressed and discussed.

  • Tuesday 23 September 2025 (18.00 – 20.00). This meeting will take place prior to Scottish Games Week (October 2025). The CPG will meet in the Fleming Room (TG.60-CR3) at the Scottish Parliament. Tickets for this session can be reserved here.
  • Tuesday 18 November 2025 (18.00 – 20.00) This meeting will be the 2025 Wrap Up and Planning for 2026. It will take place in The Clerk-Maxwell Room (T1.60-CR4) in the Scottish Parliament. Tickets for this meeting of the CPG can be reserved here.

Tickets for all sessions are free. In-person and online tickets are available for all meetings of the cross-party group.

Scotland’s Games Ecosystem Cross Party Group – Dates For 2025

Scotland’s Games Ecosystem Cross Party Group at the Scottish Parliament has announced the dates for its meetings in 2025.

The group was created to ‘promote the games sector in Scotland and build a thriving games ecosystem’ and is open to everyone working in, around or interested in games across Scotland.

The CPG offers an opportunity for the games sector to directly address policymakers and ensure games have visibility within the political landscape. It enables stakeholders to convene and the issues and opportunities within the games ecosystem to be addressed and discussed.
