Star Wars has been a cornerstone in my life. When stuff got chaotic as a child, Star Wars was there to comfort me. I met lifelong friends through it as a teen and young adult. It even got me banned from trivia contests in the 1990s. Later in life, the toys on my desk made for a nice ice breaker in the cubicle farm. Spending the day doing nerd shit after weeding the yard and cleaning the dog's toilet. First I stopped at Marissa's Books for Indie Bookstore Day and got a couple books. Next I pitstopped at M.R.S. Hobbies to visit with friends and get a couple replacement paints. While there, I looked around Mini-Con. It definately was mini. They had four vedors and those folks mostly sold stickers. The event was largely just a bunch of furries and weebs standing around in a parking lot. After that, I went to the #Warhammer Store to pick up this month's White Dwarf and Art's and my store anniversary prizes. I then swung by the store for some snacks and El Pollo Loco's drive thru for lunch. I'm now eating lunch in the game room of Level 1 Gamers while waiting for my #DnD group to arrive. #ChaoticQueer #GeekCrafts
