The view from the upper floor of our house out over the Brogo River valley. Part of our solar array is visible on the left, as is our chimney. To the right you can see our deck and part of the back yard. From close to far distance, is some open farmland on a neighbouring block surrounded by forested hills, the heavily forested hills around the Brogo Dam, and furthest away, the heavy forest of the Wadbilliga National Park. Everything is crowned by a deep blue sky with cumulus clouds capping the distant mountains that form the foothills of the Snowy Mountains.

The view NW from our bedroom. The Brogo River Valley and Wadbilliga NP are covered in overcast skies. Vast areas of dense eucalyptus forest stretch to the horizon. The furthest mountains are about 15km distant.

Hey #GloriousSydney tooters, here’s some #GloriousBrogo for you. Not better, just different and a million metaphorical miles from the city.
