Aren’t we looking at the wrong end of the stick here? Aren’t the msm and the polies spruiking the wron messages?

Seems to me that the legislation is not so much about ‘banning kids under 16 from some digital media platform’ as ‘penalising’ digital media for not ensuring kid-safe platforms. I think there would be more valid public debate is the latter was the focus of our attention. It’s about platform ‘moderation’ and not about keeping kids off them, surely…
