On World AIDS Day 2025, we pause to remember the lives lost, honour those living with HIV, and renew our commitment to ending the epidemic. It’s a day of solidarity, reflection, and awareness. Despite great progress, stigma and misinformation still exist—and education is key to change. World AIDS Day 2025 invites us to stand together, break the silence, and be part of the ongoing fight for health, dignity and equality for all.

Today, we unite globally to support people living with HIV and remember those lost to AIDS-related illnesses. This year’s theme, Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response, highlights the ongoing challenges and the urgent need to strengthen our fight against HIV.

Since 1988, World AIDS Day has been a powerful reminder that HIV is still a critical issue. We must continue raising awareness, fighting stigma, and pushing for better funding and care.

Wear a red ribbon to show your solidarity. Let’s stand together to create a future free from HIV discrimination and improve the quality of life for those affected.
