Just a short on the #Hadnagy v #Defcon case. Ive been waiting for the motion for summary dismissal to be rules on before posting a followup. Heres just a quick video to summarize the entire course of this ordeal in courts but i will be doing a video recapping what happened through the past years and specifically will go through the discovery (sans victim names) to detail the allegations and especially those actions hat Hadnagy agreed in deposition he did.
But all in all the transparency report by DEFCON has been officially ruled as TRUE which is a total defense to defamation and is dismissed with prejudice meaning Hadnagys only recourse is to appeal up as he cannot bring these allegations to court again. I hope not just for his victims sake but his own dignity (if he has any left) that he walks away.
