✨ 5 Steps to Get Unstuck in the Moment ✨
We all hit those moments where everything feels heavy, unclear, or just… stuck. Here’s how to shift your energy right now, without forcing or spiralling.
🌿 1. Pause and breathe.
Stop trying to push through. Take three deep breaths, in through your nose, out through your mouth. You’re reminding your body that you’re safe.

Say it out loud or write it down. “I feel stuck because…” Getting it out of your head helps you see it clearly instead of letting it swirl around.

Change your state. Stretch, walk, dance, shake it out — literally move the stuckness through your body.

Instead of “Why can’t I figure this out?” try “What’s one small thing I can do right now to move forward?” Your brain loves a question it can solve.
