From what I've been reading about the history of #BeWelcome (http://www.bevolunteer.org/about-bevolunteer/history/), it sounds like #CouchSurfing and #HospitalityClub are proprietary #DataFarms, so I doubt they'd be interested in federation. But maybe BW and #TrustRoots.org would, and it would intriguing to find out where #HelpX, #Workaway, #WarmShowers, and any other existing hospitality exchange sites fit into this picture.
Given how excited I was by pioneers in online hospitality exchanges like #CouchSurfing and #HospitalityClub, I'm disappointed to learn about their corporatist behaviour, and their refusal to release their software as #FreeCode, despite being as dependent on volunteer labour as Wikipedia:
